(Q) Is working as an International Civilian Contractor stable work?

(A) Job stability is actually very good.  The 12 month contract is rarely ever broken by the employer, and, even if it is, they will have to pay you a percentage of your contract before letting you go. Currently there is a lot of work in the Civilian Contractor field.  Many people (like myself) have been working consistently as a Civilian Contractor since the 90’s.
